FluidPrep™ EasyElute™ - Large Volume Concentration Kit

For use with EasyElute™ Liquid Volume Concentration (LVC) systems only.

The optimal elution fluid depends on the recovered target and the intended downstream analysis. Options are available to support molecular workflows, microbial recovery, cell-based applications, and general sample preparation workflows.

Availability & Storage: Tris, PBS, and PBS-X Elution Fluids are irradiated, ambient storage and ship with a minimum 90-day shelf life. All formulations are packaged specifically for use with EasyElute™ systems and are not interchangeable with CP Select™ Elution Fluids.

The FluidPrep™ EasyElute™ Canister Adapter (CC08102) is required for use and sold separately.

Reuse your tubing, reduce waste, and save costs with the EasyElute™ Resupply Kit. Designed for simplicity and sustainability, this kit lets you leverage the reusable tubing and fittings from your EasyElute™ Large Volume Concentration Kit. Tubing can be autoclaved prior to reuse if desired.

Coarse upstream debris management for FluidPrep™ concentration workflows

The FluidPrep™ 100 µm Mesh Upstream Clarification Filter is a simple, single-use prefiltration tool for reducing gross debris before concentration. It helps make large-volume, debris-containing, or wastewater-impacted liquid samples more processable before CP Select™ or EasyElute™ workflows.

Use it when fibers, vegetation, grit, algae, large particulates, produce debris, or other coarse material may interfere with downstream concentration.

Complex liquid samples often contain large debris that can slow processing, clog downstream components, or make concentration less reliable. The FluidPrep™ 100 µm Mesh Upstream Clarification Filter provides a practical first clarification step before FluidPrep™ concentration workflows.

The 100 µm Mesh Upstream Clarification Filter supports the Clarify step by removing coarse debris only when needed.

The goal is not maximum solids removal. The goal is target-aware matrix management: reduce gross debris and improve processability while preserving the biological fraction needed for downstream analysis.
