What If More Than One Formulation Could Work?

More than one Elution Fluid may be compatible with a particular downstream method.

For example, appropriate nucleic acid extraction can allow multiple formulations to support PCR, digital PCR, sequencing, and related molecular analyses. If the workflow must also preserve culture viability, infectivity, cell function, or another biological property, those requirements may become the more important selection criterion.

Choose based on the complete workflow—not only the final analytical instrument.

When Compatibility Is Uncertain
