InnovaPrep opens Fabrication Laboratory at 132 E. Main St., Drexel, MO to produce InnovaPrep biological concentrators. Ribbon cutting included the Honorable Kenneth Reece, Mayor, Chief of Police Jonathan Carpenter, CEO David Alburty, and CTO Dr. Carol Pranulis. President of the new Division, Andrew Page and his wife Amy also attended.

Awarded a second SBIR 0 Grant through the Leonard Wood Institiute and the U.S. Army Research Laboratory for development of our compact, rapid concentrator for increasing the sensitivity of commercially available protein detection kits.

InnovaPrep Hydrosol Concentrator successful in concentrating DNA. DNA extracted from the bacteria Bacillus globigii was concentrated at over 45X with greater than 70% efficiency as part of SBIR development efforts (preliminary data).

Awarded SBIR 0 Grant through the Leonard Wood Institute and the U.S. Army Research Laboratoty. This grant will facilitate our Demonstration of a Sample Preparation Method for Biological Detection based on our new concentration technology, and begins immediately.

AlburtyLab wins MoTIP Small Business Innovation and Research (SBIR) Grant for InnovaPrep Hydrosol Concentrator R&D! This seed capital will help us by funding ongoing development and demonstration of the InnovaPrep.

AlburtyLab Expands! 132 Main St. has been purchased and is now being renovated for InnovaPrep production, more than doubling our work space. This historic building, built in 1896 on Lot 3, was originally used as the clothing and dry goods section of the Drexel Mercantile. In 1952, it was sold to the Coldwater Lodge No. 485 A.F. and A.M. Renovation is proving to be an exciting adventure!
